Pollock Country Park and Burrell Collection

On Saturday we made our way to the South end of Glasgow to have a walk through the Pollock Country Park and the Burrell Collection. The weather was beautiful and I was really impressed by both the Burrell Collection and its beautiful purpose-built museum. A highlight for me as seeing the excellent collection of Degas pastel drawings, and many ancient Roman and Greek artifacts. The gardens around Pollock House are highly manicured and colourful.
